Please note that excluding territories, XTRAGPS. Nevertheless, certain locations may be beyond the point and are subject to additional shipping costs. Before dispatching your order, we will email you  the quote provided by the shipping company.

Please note:  We are committed to delivering your order as soon as we can. However, due to the global epidemic situation, deliveries might take longer than usual. Please be patient -  the package is coming your way, and don’t forget to stay safe. It is important that you provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Reshipped orders or unclaimed orders will be charged for shipping cost.

Important delivery information:

  • We deliver orders Monday-Friday.

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • We don't deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

  • If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.

  • Orders cannot be split and must be delivered to a single address.

• We will send you an order confirmation email and an email once your order has been dispatched.
